General
We strive to ensure a pleasant customer service, which is the reason our return policy is extended to 30 days from delivery. You can exchange or return nearly jacket within 30 days after delivery to receive a full refund or exchange.
After you have received your return and examined the return (usually in 72-hours of receiving it) the exchange request can be handled and shipped to you within the next 15 working days. In the event of a refund it will be processed after 7 working days. Upon receipt, you will be notified via email that your return has been processed. Refunds are made to the original payment method and processed between 10 and 45 days based on your method of payment.
The customer can also apply to request a refund or return in the following situations
1.) The wrong product was received by the customer
2.) Some of the products have defects
3.) The product was damaged during the shipping
4.) The product has been altered
If you are receiving an item that is defective In the event of receiving a defective item, you must contact us within two working days.
A customized or personalized product can not be returned for exchange or refund in any way.

What steps do we take to achieve a Win-Win Scenario?
Custom (read tailor-made) jackets are difficult and make us think twice to ensure we are in a win-win situation. The requirement to return a jacket can be due to these reasons.
Design & Quality
Solution: Before dispatching the order to you, we will send photos of your product to you. You can review the design, the material, and the stitching before we deliver the item. Therefore, this problem could be avoided.
Sizing
Solution: If you are placing a custom order, our CS agent will request your body measurements. We suggest you refer to our sizing guidelines for body measurements. If you measure properly, there is a possibility of sizing errors. However, if the garment arrives and doesn’t meet your needs, we will make the first modification at no cost. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the jacket to us.
Refund
We cannot accept returns in exchange for refunds on custom orders. Be aware that your customized order is specifically designed to meet your needs. The details, including style, materials, and accessories, are according to your preferences, and we will not likely offer them to anyone else.
