You can refer to our size chart to determine your size. However, if you encounter any difficulties with sizing, there’s no need to worry. To ensure a satisfactory customer experience, our return policy allows for returns or exchanges of Regular Orders within 30 days of delivery. This gives you the opportunity to receive a full refund or exchange within the specified timeframe. However, please note that Personalized or other customized products cannot be returned for a refund or exchange under any circumstances. Please take note of the following Terms & Conditions for Shoe Returns:
- Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your return within 7 working days.
- Standard size orders are eligible for a full refund or exchange.
- Made-to-measure or other customized orders can only be returned for alteration.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet these criteria.
- Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Certainly, you have the option to choose “Made to Measure” in the size options and input your body measurements. If you are uncertain about your body measurements, you can select “I am not sure, I’ll provide measurements later on email” and proceed with placing your order confidently.
After placing your order, our dedicated customer support representative will promptly reach out to you and provide guidance on accurately measuring yourself.

Standard orders are made-to-order and will be delivered in 10 working days. The item can take up 20 to 20 business days to be delivered. Prime items are available in stock and will be delivered the following day after the time of your order.
We try to cut down on the time it takes to fulfill custom orders, and generally, we will ship custom-made items within 4-7 weeks and customized orders within 12 to 15 weeks.

Free Shipping is available for all countries we ship to, with the exception of Russia, Brazil, Israel, Iran, Iraq, UK, and OFAC Sanctioned Countries.

You can verify the status of your order at any time. Visit the Track-order Page, where you can input your Order ID and Last Name to view the current progress of your order.
Please contact us for assistance if you have yet to receive your order after the estimated delivery date.

We want to resolve any issues with defective items immediately. When you notice any fault, please inform us via our Customer Care team by calling:
- The order number
- The name of the item that is defective and the serial number
- The description and explanation for the problem (along with photos)
We’ll contact you within 24 hours, and after the information has been confirmed, we’ll send you a replacement product as soon as we can.

Your payment could be declined for any of the following causes:
The billing address is incorrect, and the telephone number:
Check that the billing address you have listed on your account matches the one for your payment method.
Limit of credit card exceeded:
Review your credit card’s limit. You exceeded your total or daily credit limit when we tried to charge the card. Reduce your daily spending or open an additional credit card with an increased credit limit.
Credit/Debit card number:
Check that the credit and debit card numbers are accurate and current.
Credit / Debit Card Expiration date:
Check the expiration date on your debit or credit card. If your card is expired, make sure you update your credit or debit card details.
PayPal account with funds:
You must ensure that funds are accessible within your PayPal account if PayPal is your chosen payment method.

In most cases, import or customs charges are assessed after the parcel has reached the country of destination.
All charges associated with the parcel must be paid by the individual who receives it (this is also true for wholesale and retail customers).
Men’s leather jackets are not in control of these fees and cannot estimate the price because customs policies and charges vary greatly from one country to the next.
It’s best to check with the local customs office to inquire about current fees prior to making your purchase so that you’re not shocked by unexpected costs.

Absolutely, it is possible to have practically any jacket that you want custom-made by us. You can send us any photo or design to help you decide and include the jacket details on your Custom Order Form.

Feel free to complete the form to request a custom jacket. There are no costs for a quote, discussion, or even having an illustration created for your customized jacket. We will only be charged if you purchase your custom order.

Absolutely! The process begins with leather. Over the years, we’ve gotten better at producing leather by one of the most prestigious tanning establishments in the world. Our main focus is on high-quality leather, ranging from Lambskin, Sheepskin, and Goatskin to Cowhide, Buffalo hide, and Buffalo hide. We’ve enjoyed designing jackets with over 200 leather items distinguished by type, pattern, color, and shades.

We understand your concerns regarding your personalized order’s sizing style and quality. We’ve spent much time on procedures to ensure we can make the most effective custom order to meet your requirements. We’ve worked through all of these problems.
Sizing
When you make your custom order, our CS agent will request the measurement of your body. Refer to our sizing guidelines for how to measure your body. If you measure your body accurately, there is no chance of sizing errors.
Quality and Design
Solution Before dispatching the order, we will share images of the actual item with you. You can review the style, the material, and the stitching before sending it. Therefore, this problem could be avoided.

We will get you the perfect jacket on the first attempt. We will share the actual photos of your customized order prior to sending it out to reduce the chances of returning. If, however, your customized order doesn’t meet your needs We will make the initial modification free of charge.

We will not accept returns for refunds in custom orders. Make sure you understand that your order is specifically designed to fit your needs. The details, including style, materials, accessories are based on your preferences and we are not likely to offer it to anyone else.

We try to reduce the time to fulfill custom orders. We usually ship within 12 to 15 weeks. However, due to the unique nature of customized orders, we cannot have a specific date for fulfillment. Customers who are discussing their custom order, can request a time for delivery from the Customer Service Agent. If the order has deadlines, we recommend customers to inform us of their preferred date of delivery in writing to our CS agent prior to placing the order.
